    White Chocolate Snowball Decoration

    This is a really quick way to decorate your cake. If you don't have any Christmas figures, just pile on more truffles to create a winter snow scene.

    • Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 150g pack Waitrose White Chocolate
    • 2 x 200g Lindt Lindor White Chocolate Truffles, unwrapped
    • Icing sugar, to dust

    Method

    1. Using a large, sharp knife or vegetable peeler, scrape down the flat side of the white chocolate bar to form curls, then chill in the fridge until ready to use.
    2. Skewer 2 or 3 truffles onto cocktail sticks and use to create height for the pile of chocolates on top of the cake, then add Christmas figures if you wish
    3. Remove the chocolate curls from the fridge and scatter over the truffles. Dust with icing sugar.
