Crisp and aromatic, this elegant cocktail (originally made with crème de violette to give it a blueish hue) has a wintery feel with Christmas clementine and a warming, bittersweet finish.
40ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
Juice of 1 clemetine
10ml British Cassis
Cherry to garnish
1. Shake the ingredients well over ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.
