Hazelnut and chocolate barbecued bananas

Recipe - Serves: 4
50g milk or dark chocolate, cut into small chunks
20 mini marshmallows
1 Place each banana flat on a work surface and make a slit along its length, using a sharp knife.
2 Stuff 3-4 pieces of chocolate and 5 marshmallows into each banana by pushing into the flesh. Squeeze the banana closed.
3 Wrap each banana in aluminium foil. Preheat the barbecue or a griddle pan and cook the bananas over a low to medium heat for about 15 minutes.
4 Carefully open the foil and serve the bananas with a teaspoon, to scoop out the cooked flesh covered in melted chocolate!
These bananas are also delicious served with some roasted hazelnuts and double cream or vanilla ice cream.
