50ml Waitrose Pressed English Apple Juice
20ml Waitrose Elderflower Cordial
Top with Valdo Oro Pure Prosecco Superiore
2 fresh mint leaves on a sprig
1. Pour the juice and cordial into a shaker with crushed ice. Shake and double strain into a flute glass. Top up with the Prosecco.
2. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim with 2 mint leaves on the strawberry’s stalk (replacing its leaves).
