Lustau house

Lustau has a fantasic reputation for balancing heritage and innovation. Known as a producer of the finest quality sherries, it's one of the regions most awarded producers.

The Lustau house was founded in 1896 by civil servant Don José Ruiz-Berdejo y Veyan. In its infancy, sherry production was little more than a hobby for José but as recognition for his superb sherries grew, the business quickly expanded. The house was renamed after his son-in-law Emilio Lustau in 1950. The cellars have relocated twice in a hundred years and now occupy a totally refurbished traditional bodega in Jerez.
