Blackberry and Oat Sundaes

Any late summer berries, such as raspberries or even a frozen summer fruit mix, defrosted, will work just as well in this dessert.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

150g pot Total Light Greek Yoghurt
3tbsp Waitrose Half Fat Crème Fraîche
Few drops vanilla essence
125g punnet blackberries, lightly crushed
6tbsp Waitrose Oat Crunch Cereal

Method

  1. Whisk the Greek yogurt, crème fraîche and vanilla extract together until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Layer the berries, yogurt mixture and cereal alternately to fill two sundae dishes. Ideally, the sundaes should be chilled for 1 hour before serving, but if you can't wait...
