Blueberry Lemonade

Serves: 8

Ingredients

200ml freshly squeezed lemon juice - 7 lemons worth
400ml water
400g blueberries
100g caster sugar
Ice

Method

  1. Put 200ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 7 lemons), 400ml water, 400g blueberries and 100g caster sugar in a blender and purée.
  2. Strain into a jug half full of ice. Add a few whole blueberries and lemon slices to the jug, and pour.
