Strawberry Smoothie 2006

Ingredients

1kg pack Cooks' Ingredients Strawberries, hulled
1 banana, sliced
150ml natural yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp clear honey
300ml orange juice

Method

1. Set aside 4 strawberries and roughly chop the remainder. Place the chopped strawberries in a food processor with the banana, natural yogurt, vanilla extract and clear honey. Blend until smooth. Gradually add the orange juice and continue to blend until well combined. Chill for 1-2 hours until required.
2. Pour into 4 tall glasses and garnish with the reserved strawberries.
