Do not reheat once cooled
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook Pierce Bag. Place on a microwavable plate. Cook on high (100%). Check that food is piping hot. Two or more packs may require longer cooking time. Do not reheat once cooled. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking. Season with salt and pepper and add a knob of butter to serve. (650W: 4 mins, 750W: 3� mins, 850W: 3 mins)
Pan Fry Heat a pan over moderate heat. add a knob of butter and a tablespoon of water. Saut� vegetables for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. (Time 6 mins)
