Remove all packaging. Place joint in a roasting tray. Place in centre of oven and cook until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. (Time 35 minutes per 500g + 35 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
