Cooking Instructions

Discard discoloured outer leaves, quarter the cabbage and remove hard core from centre.Chop or shred.Wash before use.

Shallow Fry

From Chilled
Sautéin oil or butter over medium to high heat for 8-10 minutes.

Steam for 10-15 minutes.
