Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place the foil tray on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of the oven until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Stand for 5-10 minutes before carving. (Time 50 mins Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
