Our Aberdeen Angus beef is naturally marbled with fat, making it exceptionally tender and full of flavour. We hang the hindquarters on the bone to mature it, so it becomes even more flavoursome and tender. Vacuum packed for freshness.

Roast joints (sirloin, topside, toprump, silverside and fore rib) Conventional oven (adjust for fan assisted ovens) Open roast on a trivet at 180�C, 350�F, gas mark 4 for 55 minutes per kg/ 25 minutes per lb, plus 25 minutes. ( Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
