Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. (Time 35-40 minutes Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
