Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove pouch from carton. Empty contents into a non-metallic dish. Cover with film and pierce film. 650W - Microwave on FULL POWER for 3 minutes. Stir & re-cover. Heat on FULL POWER for a further 2 minutes. 750W - Microwave on FULL POWER for 2� minutes. Stir & re-cover. Heat on FULL POWER for a further 2 minutes. 850W - Microwave on FULL POWER for 2 minutes. Stir & re-cover. Heat on FULL POWER for a further 2 minutes.
Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch unopened into a large saucepan of boiling water, bring back to the boil. Cover with a lid and simmer over a medium to high heat for 5 minutes. (Time 5 minutes)Remove pouch from carton. Empty contents into a saucepan and cover with a lid. Heat over a medium to high heat. Stir occasionally during cooking. (Time 5 minutes)
