Preheat oven. Remove excess tubes from hearts. Heat 1tbsp oil in frying pan, add hearts, brown off on both sides. transfer to casserole dish, add stock of your choice. Cook in centre of oven (Time 1.5 Hours Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
