Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Preheat oven. Place sausages in a roasting tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. (Time 25-30 minutes Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Preheat grill. MEDIUM / HOT HEAT Place under a medium/hot grill, turn during cooking. (Time 8-10 minutes)
HOT EAT Heat a little oil in a pan. Add sausages, turn during cooking, until golden brown. Drain well before serving. (Time 8-10 minutes)
