Oven Cook

Spinach and ricotta filo tartlets Oven Time: 14-16 minutes Preheat oven (200C/180C (fan), gas mark 6). Remove film lid. Leave filo tartlets in tray and place on a baking tray, in the centre of oven. Cook until golden brown and piping hot. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before removing tartlets from tray. Ease tartlets out of tray using a teaspoon. Do not reheat once cooled. Red pepper, tomato and cheese tartlets Oven Time: 14-16 minutes Preheat oven (200C/180C (fan), gas mark 6). Remove film lid.
