Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear.
Remove all packaging. Place sweetbreads in a pan of cold water with 1tsp salt and 1tsp vinegar. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 minute. Drain sweetbreads and then soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Peel of the membrane. Heat ½ tbsp oil in a pan and add the sweetbreads. Cook for 4-6 minutes turning half way through.
