Line caught haddock fillets traditionally smoked in Grimsby. Cook simply with lemon, parsley and a generous knob of butter.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap smoked haddock in baking parchment or lightly buttered foil and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 20-22 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook Remove all packaging. Place 1 smoked haddock fillet on a microwaveable plate, cover with film. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes. Check that product is hot before serving. (650W: 4 minutes, 750W: 3� minutes, 850W: 3 minutes)
POACH FROM FROZEN 8-10 minutes Remove all packaging. Place smoked haddock in a pan and cover with either water or milk. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat to a gentle simmer.
