For best results oven cook. Preheat oven. Remove Sleeve. Peel back film from vegetable section and place vegetables onto a baking tray. Pierce film over chicken section and place container next to vegetables in the centre of oven until piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 20 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook Remove sleeve. Peel back film from vegetable section and remove vegetables. Pierce film on chicken section and place on a microwaveable plate. Halfway through heating put vegetables back into vegetable section, cover with film and continue heating for remaining time until piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (650W: 5 mins, 750W: 4 1/2 mins, 850W: 4 mins)
