Ultimate Celebration Cheese Cake

A four-tiered cake of cheese including:
Cashel Blue: The original Irish farmhouse cheese, Cashel Blue is a soft blue veined cheese made from pasteurised cows milk which is rich and creamy in flavour and with an aroma of roasted nuts.
Manchego (half ring): Made from unpasteurised ewes milk on the plains of La Mancha in Spain, Manchego is crumbly in texture and nutty and savoury in flavour with a hint of caramel.
Hafod Welsh Cheddar: Matured for at least 12 months, Hafod is made from unpasteurised cows milk and is distinctly rich with a buttery, nutty flavour.
Sparkenhoe Red Leicester (half ring): Matured for 6 months, Sparkenhoe Red Leicester is an unpasteurised cows milk cheese with an attractive rich russet colour and is sweet and nutty with a slight citrus finish.
Please note the cheese cake is not supplied with the wooden cheese board or any other decoration.
