Product Summary

All the cured pork within this selection is produced from black hooved Iberico pigs that roam freely in Spanish oak woodlands and meadows grazing on wild plants and herbs. During the autumn, the pigs double their weight feeding on acorns (bellota) and this diet gives Bellota Iberico cured pork products their characterisitc flavour. Cured to perfection and slowly matured in cellars, this selection includes Paleta - cured pork shoulder air dried for a minimum of 24 months; Salchichon - fermented dry cured pork sausage with black pepper and Chorizo - fermented dry cured pork sausage seasoned with "Pimenton de la Vera".
