Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place lamb in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. 'Roast' in the FOP box (Time Welldone: 30 minutes / 1/2kg + 30 minutes. Medium: 25 minutes / 1/2kg+ 25 minutes. Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
