- Tandoori Chicken Cooking Instructions - Serves 270g - 1/4 jar of Paste,70g natural yogurt250g large diced chicken breast1. Mix together the paste and yogurt.2. Add the chicken pieces, leave to marinate for a few hours or overnight for a fuller flavour, covered in the refrigerator.3. Grill under a pre heated hot grill for approximately 15 minutes turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked.Equally delicious with salmon, prawns, lamb or vegetables.Use as a marinade, either on its own or blended 50:50 with natural yogurt.
