Ensure the surface of the meat is throughly cooked.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Toss the liver in flour then add to the heated pan. Cook on high heat to seal then turn and seal other side. Reduce heat to cook through. Ensure the surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. (Time 5 - 6 minutes)
