TEXAS HICKORY SMOKED BEEF: Preheat oven. Empty meat and liquor into foil tray provided, and cover with foil. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove foil, drain off liquor, and pour contents of sauce sachet over meat. Cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve. TENNESSEE WHISKEY SMOKED PORK: Preheat oven. Empty meat and liquor into foil tray provided, and cover with foil. Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and drain off liquor. Pour contents of sauce sachet over meat, and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve. (Time 25 minutes Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
