TYPE TEMP Ox Tail Electric 170�C 2�-3hrs Fan 150�C 2�-3hrs Gas gas3 2�-3hrs Heat 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add cubed meat and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add a selection of root vegetables and 200ml stock, bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in oven until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and the meat is tender do not reheat once cooled (Time 2�-3hrs Oven: 170�C, Fan: 150�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
