Tom decided he'd had enough of greasy croissants and fatty muffins for breakfast, so he set out to create his own version of a delicious Bircher Muesli - made with wholegrain jumbo oats, apple juice, low fat Somerset yoghurt, and real fruit. In 2006 he started selling breakfasts from a stall, made from a filing cabinet, at a pitch at Waterloo Station. Moma has now grown and we supply our breakfasts to airlines, coffee shops, supermarkets and caterers. We're on a simple mission - to bring you the best breakfast we can, every day.
