Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Cover with foil and rest for 10 - 20mins before pulling apart the meat with forks. (Time 60 mins per 500g + 60 mins Oven: 160�C, Fan: 140�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 2 1/2)
