Product Summary

Our dry aged Native breed wing rib is naturally tender and full of flavour and makes a great centerpiece when entertaining. Each one is wrapped in muslin and matured on the bone for a minimum of 30 days, producing flavoursome beef. All of our Native breed beef is British and from known farms, that are part of the Waitrose producer group. Waitrose Native breed beef is produced from cattle bred from registered pedigree bulls from our Native breed schemes

Preparation

  • Wash hands, all work surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
  • For medium 50 mins per kg 25 mins. Allow to stand for 15 to 20 mins before carving
