Dry cured, smoked back bacon, made with specially selected cuts of outdoor bred English pork, cured by rubbing salt into the meat by hand and then leaving to mature slowly, and finally beech smoked for a delicious sweet and smoky flavour.

Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium grill, turn halfway through cooking. (Time 5 minutes)
Remove all packaging. Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Add bacon and turn halfway through cooking. (Time 4 minutes)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
