Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
Size and thickness of fish may vary, cook times are given as guidance, please note that larger thicker pieces may take longer to cook.
Poach: Remove all packaging. Place the smoked haddock in a large pan and barely cover with cold water. Bring to a gentle simmer. Cover with a lid. Simmer on a low heat until thoroughly cooked and the flakes can be gently parted with a fork. (Time 8-10 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. For use by date see front of pack. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions. It is suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.
