Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Remove head and tail if required. Fully line a large roasting tin with foil and brush lightly with vegetable oil. Place salmon onto the lined tin and fold the foil to make a loose parcel. Cook in centre of oven. (Time 1hr 10 mins - 1hr 30 mins Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
