Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan over a high heat, add the contents of the pack into the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 50ml of water and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, ensuring the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. (Time 4-6 mins)
