Preheat oven Place on a baking tray in centre of oven Turn half way through cooking (Time 20-25 minutes Oven: 230°C, Fan: 210°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 8)
Preheat grill Spread a single layer of chips over grill pan tray. Place under a hot grill until golden, turning once during cooking. (Time 10 - 12 minutes)
place chips in hot oil. Fry until golden. Drain well before serving. Ensure fryer is never more than one third full (Time 4 - 5 mins)
Take care not to overcook Do not reheat once cooked
