Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places over both compartments. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven and heat for 20 minutes. Peel back film over both compartments, stir, re-cover and heat for remaining time until piping hot. (Time 30 mins Oven: 190�C, Fan: 170�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places over both compartments. Place on a microwaveable plate. Peel back film, stir both compartments halfway through heating and re-cover. Stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot - if not reheat for further brief period. Stir before serving.
For best results, microwave. Microwave from frozen. Do not reheat once cooled.
