Your haggis requires heating until piping hot. Defrost first if frozen. Consume within 24 hours of opening. Remove cardboard sleeve and plastic packaging. Cook with or without the skin.
(800W category E) Spread the haggis on a microwave plate. Heat on 'High' for 2 minutes. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times accordingly.
In a pre-heated, non stick pan over a medium heat for approx. 10 minutes, turning occasionally throughout cooking.
