- For the perfect evening meal...Try accompanying the Rarebit Topped Alaskan Pollock fillets with seasoned buttered fresh greens and crisp oven roasted sweet potato fries.Enjoy with a light and soft red pinot noir.Get cooking...Peel&cut the sweet potatoes into fries, mix with olive&roast in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 minutes.Add the broccoli florets, spring greens, mange tout&sliced courgettes to salted boiling water&cook for 4-5 minutes.Drain, toss with butter&season.*These cooking suggestions are a guideline only due to the natural variation in ingredients and variations between cooking appliances.Caution: although extra care has been taken to remove all bones, some bones may remain.
