For best results oven cook
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place lemon sole on a preheated baking tray in the centre of oven. Cook until golden brown. (Time 18-20 minutes Oven: 220�C, Fan: 200�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
Grill: 10- 12 minutes Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place lemon sole fillets on a grill tray under a medium heat. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook until golden brown. Do not reheat once cooled
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
