Preheat oven. Empty meat and liquor into foil tray provided, and cover with foil. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove foil, drain off liquor, and pour contents of sauce sachet over meat. Cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve. (Time 25 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
BBQ. Take extra care when barbecuing. For a smokier flavour cook first and barbecue to finish.
