Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place glaze sachet to one side. Place foil tray on a baking tray in centre of oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven on baking tray, cut open sachet of glaze and pour evenly over the trout. Place back in oven and cook for a remaining 8-10 minutes Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 18-20 mins Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
