Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film lid and divider. Place the foil tray on a baking sheet and spoon any loose crumble from tray over the chicken. Cook in the centre of oven until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 30 - 35 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
