Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film and card divider. Leave the wellingtons in their tray. For best results, brush them with egg yolk. Place tray directly on the top oven shelf. Cook for 25 minutes for medium and 27 minutes for well done. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25-27 mins Oven: 220�C, Fan: 200�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
