Cooking Instructions

Ensure the surface of the meat is throughly cooked.

Place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Stand for 10 minute before carving. (Time 50 mins/kg Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
