Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap in foil bringing the edges together to form a tent. Place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Remove from oven 15 minutes before end of cooking time. Open foil end return to oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving. (Time 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
