Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Place the meat in a casserole dish. Add 400ml of beef stock and some root vegetables, cover and place into the oven. Cook until tender, the meat falls away from the bone and jucies run clear. Cooks Tip: Seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally. Then cook as above. (Time 1-2 hours Oven: 150°C, Fan: 130°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 2)
