Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in pan. Place cheeks into the pan and cook for 4-6 minutes until browned. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, add choice of sauce or stock and vegetables and place in oven. Cook until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 2 hrs Oven: 170�C, Fan: 150�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
