Place in a microwavable dish with 2 - 3 tbsp of water, cover and cook on full power. Stand for 1 - 2 minutes before serving. (650W: 6 mins, 750W: 5 mins, 850W: 4mins)
Heat a little oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok and add spring green, stir fry over a medium/high heat for 5 minutes until softened (Time 5 mins)Remove all packaging. Place in a steamer for 10-15 minutes or until tender. (Time 10-15mins)
