Remove all packaging. Pat crumb firmly on steak. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add escalopes and cook on a medium heat, turn halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 6-8 minutes)
